We help free up resources for individuals, businesses and society through wellbeing, health, and prevention
“Wellbeing isn’t just a soft value – it’s a hard fact. Done it can lower absence, ensure higher engagement and stronger results,” says Kent Jensen, CEO of Oona Health.
Oona Health works with over 17,200 companies and organisations to support employee health – both mental and physical – and to make prevention part of everyday working life. This includes sectors with physically demanding jobs, such as logistics and production.
At Solar Danmark A/S, over 300 warehouse workers have received support and training to reduce strain and avoid injuries – through improved workflows, practical tools and on-site health guidance.
“When we bring prevention into the daily work routines – even in physically tough environments – we can see real change,” adds Kent Jensen.
Self Care is also a key part of Oona Health’s strategy. In 2024, more than 4,500 people with musculoskeletal pain avoided long-term treatment through increased focus on exercise, coaching and education.
“When we help employees feel better – mentally and physically – we help build stronger organisations,” says Karina Aabling, Director of HR and Communications.
“It’s about creating working lives that make sense – for individuals and for the companies they’re part of.”
